HR Compliance Officer

• Paying $70-78ph + super
• East Perth Location
• 8 week temp contract from commencement with possible extensions

About the Role

Our client is a well-known WA State government organisation based in East Perth WA. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Compliance Officer to work with them on a 8 week temp contract with possible extension.

Candidates for this position must have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Proven knowledge and experience around HR compliance activities

• Learning and Development background

Key responsibilities will include:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication and alignment on organisational goals.

• Learning Program Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of learning programs, ensuring educational initiatives are delivered effectively and on schedule.

• Systems Management & Maintenance: Manage and optimise the technical systems and platforms required to support program delivery and operational efficiency.

• Strategic Initiative Delivery: Lead the implementation of key projects designed to enhance organisational performance and achieve long-term objectives.

• Governance, Accountability, and Compliance: Establish and monitor frameworks that ensure all activities meet regulatory standards, maintain high accountability, and adhere to internal governance policies.

About You

You will be an experienced HR Compliance professional with proven experience and reliability in previous positions.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven knowledge and experience around HR compliance activities
• Learning and Development background
